Terms & Conditions of jeliveo
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jeliveo platform, including all casino games, cricket betting markets, account management features, promotional offers, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Access to jeliveo is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or older. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to request documentation at any time to confirm compliance.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jeliveo. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
BDT Transactions
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses at jeliveo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and linked bank accounts.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering conditions, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Fair Play Enforcement
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. jeliveo uses monitoring tools to detect and act on all fair play violations.
Terms May Be Updated
jeliveo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural, and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications delivered to the registered email address associated with a jeliveo account.

| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, a live dealer table result, or a sports event market available on the jeliveo Platform. |
| "BDT" | Bangladeshi Taka — the lawful currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳. All monetary values on the Platform are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. |

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jeliveo Platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any promotional offer. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
- You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law at the time of your access or wagering activity.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of jeliveo or any of its affiliated Game Providers, payment processing partners, or technology vendors.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jeliveo or had your Account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are accessing the Platform using your own registered payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank card) and all funds deposited are from legitimate personal sources.
jeliveo reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the Account lifecycle, including prior to the first withdrawal. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited amount may be returned at jeliveo's discretion after deducting any costs incurred.
Account Registration & Security
To use the real-money features of the jeliveo Platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a single registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on jeliveo at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jeliveo uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. jeliveo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- Registered Email: The email address used during registration is your primary communication channel with jeliveo. All account-related notices, bonus alerts, and security notifications will be sent to this address. Ensure it remains current and accessible.
- Two-Factor Authentication: jeliveo offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from the Account settings page.
- Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeliveo immediately by contacting support@jeliveo. Prompt reporting allows us to protect your Balance and investigate the incident.
- KYC Verification: jeliveo applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your NID card, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
jeliveo accepts no liability for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their Account credentials secure, or from any unauthorised access that occurs prior to the Player notifying jeliveo of a suspected breach.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jeliveo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services (MFS) and bank cards. jeliveo does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own standard service charges.

- Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeliveo is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative BDT-denominated method may be approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal Limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier. Players who have completed full KYC verification benefit from higher daily withdrawal thresholds.
- Pending Withdrawals: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed, returning the funds to your Account Balance. Once a withdrawal has been dispatched to your payment provider, it cannot be recalled.
Bonuses & Promotions
jeliveo offers a range of promotional incentives to new and returning Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on featured slots, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the jeliveo Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%), and certain games may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list is specified per promotion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you have an active bonus balance with an unmet wagering requirement, you cannot opt into a second bonus until the first has been completed or forfeited.
- Abuse Prevention: jeliveo reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play patterns.
- Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation.
jeliveo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in use by Players at the time of the change.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All casino games available on jeliveo are provided by certified third-party Game Providers. The rules governing each individual game — including paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, side-bet options, and special feature mechanics — are displayed within the game interface itself and are determined by the relevant Game Provider. jeliveo does not modify game rules or RTP values.
For sports betting — including all cricket markets covering BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, T20 World Cup, and IPL — the following rules apply in addition to market-specific rules displayed on each event page.
- Match Abandonment: In the event a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before a result can be determined under the relevant competition rules, bets will be settled according to the official competition regulations (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable). If no official result is declared, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
- In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting the current state of play. Bets accepted during any technical delay between the live event and the Platform's data feed are subject to review and may be cancelled at jeliveo's discretion.
- Obvious Errors: If odds or game parameters are published due to a manifest error (including pricing errors, system faults, or data feed failures), jeliveo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to re-settle at the correct odds, at its sole discretion.
- Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product types. These limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section and may vary by market and event type. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be subject to stake reduction.
- Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to place bets without direct human interaction is strictly prohibited across all jeliveo product categories.
Game Providers retain full responsibility for the integrity and certification of their respective game titles. All slot games and live dealer games offered on jeliveo are subject to independent testing and RNG certification conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jeliveo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in enforcement action, which may include immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously or at any point in time.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or in response to KYC verification requests.
- Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy services, or any other IP-masking technology.
- Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. jeliveo is committed to preventing financial crime and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, poker variant, or tournament offered on the Platform.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, data feed error, or unintended game mechanic for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or suspected technical error must be reported to jeliveo and will not be paid out.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct towards jeliveo staff members, support agents, or other Platform users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to sell, transfer, or purchase a jeliveo Account, or transferring Account Balance to another player outside of officially sanctioned Platform features.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or jeliveo may initiate the closure of a jeliveo Account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates the process and the grounds on which it is initiated.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the jeliveo support team at support@jeliveo. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and the available Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Any active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
jeliveo-Initiated Closure: jeliveo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the Prohibited Conduct items listed in Section 7.
- Failure to pass KYC age or identity verification within the required timeframe after a request has been issued.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in a manner that may expose jeliveo to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring jeliveo to cease providing services to a specific individual or class of individuals.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable notice being provided to the registered email address.
Where an Account is closed by jeliveo due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance and Bonus Funds remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (such as regulatory obligation or inactivity), any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
